When purchasing SCHMOLKE carbon components and complete wheels, we grant you as the first owner a warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase. It does not matter whether you bought the product directly from our online shop or from your local dealer.
For components of other brands that are mounted on our complete wheels or that we offer via our online shop, the warranty conditions of the respective manufacturer apply.
By registering your new SCHMOLKE Carbon product online within 30 days of purchase, you can take full advantage of your 3-year warranty.
Scope of warranty & warranty conditions:
All our products are subjected to careful quality inspection before shipping. Should there nevertheless be a reason for complaint, our guarantee will apply. It includes protection against spoke cracks, rim breakage, material fatigue when properly installed and used as described in the respective installation instructions. If the installation instructions and the proper use of the products are disregarded, the warranty becomes void. Damage caused by external influences such as accidents, improper use or wear and tear is also excluded from the warranty.
The guarantee must be submitted to SCHMOLKE Carbon in writing within the period of validity. The warranty is bound to the first owner and is not transferable. A warranty claim can only be made with an accompanying invoice. In the event of a warranty claim, SCHMOLKE Carbon will bear the costs for the conversion, shipping and customs duties.

Crash Replacement Service
We want you to be able to ride your bike again as quickly as possible or to have your component fully operational again. In the event of irreparable damage that is not covered by a warranty claim (e.g. due to an accident), we will grant you a discount on the respective current sales price when purchasing a new SCHMOLKE Carbon product as a replacement. The discount depends on the age of the product. Therefore, please be sure to send us proof of purchase / the original invoice.
How does our Crash Replacement Service work:
01. Claim: The claim must be made directly to SCHMOLKE Carbon. By making a claim, your irreparable SCHMOLKE Carbon product automatically becomes our sole property without compensation.
02. Examination & Feedback: In order to be able to examine your claim better, please send us a copy of your purchase receipt, photos of the damage as well as a description of the damage. As soon as we receive your message, we will contact you promptly and assist you with the rest of the process.
03. Shipping: Please always send us your damaged SCHMOLKE Carbon product with sufficient postage. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender! Please always pack damaged wheels without tires and cassette, and with sufficient postage!
04. Disposal: We will take care of the returned part(s) in a professional and environmental way. As no product is perfect, damaged parts can be learned from. This is why we often reconstruct the type of destruction to the product to improve on next product generations.
