Stefan is the founder and creative head of the carbon specialist of the same name. The mechanical engineer develops most carbon components completely himself or at least in a leading role – like the carbon frames since 2022. It’s clear that the lightweight construction expert sets the pace in design and production and is passionate about optimizing products and processes. As often as possible, he rides his road bike, glides along the cross-country trails or paddles on the nearby lake. His dream: The Tour de France rides on SCHMOLKE Carbon. His credo: Anything is possible!
Timo is a mechanic and joined the team since 2020. He builds perfect complete bikes, spokes wheels precisely and makes sure that all parts leave the house in top quality. When the Swiss by choice is not in the workshop, Timo can be found at the bike races in the region – and often on the winner’s podium. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, the team player always includes a perfectly prepared espresso.
Ardit is the youngster at SCHMOLKE and strengthens the brand’s sales and service team. His strengths include fast and reliable customer and dealer support. Ardit always keeps an eye on stock levels and shipping times and has all the figures at his fingertips. In his free time, he rides his bike, plays soccer or studies for his degree. His dream is to found his own start-up and do business sustainably.
Cycling is his life and his passion. Before Johannes joined SCHMOLKE in 2019, he marketed high-performance four-wheelers. Today, the sports enthusiast from Constance is responsible for global sales and marketing at the carbon forge. His daily work involves expanding the dealer network in a targeted manner, strategically pushing the brand and creatively expanding the fan base. His principle: The customer is the focus.
