Cranking out kilometers can be very sweaty. That’s why breathable and moisture-regulating materials are especially important in summer. Polyester or nylon are suitable materials because they are pleasant on the skin, dry quickly and are easy to clean.
It’s wet, it’s cold, it’s winter. However, this should not stop you from biking if you are prepared with the right clothes. It’s best to use several layers that you can quickly take on and off. This warms, insulates and provides the necessary temperature balance.
